Hi, my name is Anne Considine and I believe everyone has the potential to be happy and healthy, but we tend to lose sight of who we are and what we want to do as we navigate the challenges of life. This can seem overwhelming to the point we don’t even know where to begin to get ourselves back on track again.

My goal as a certified Confidence Life Coach, is to deep dive into the stories you have been telling yourself about your life, to find the real truth about who you are, or aspire to be. I can help you gain insights and knowledge that enable you to live a life of fulfilment and possibilities, while reducing the chaos in your mind and what’s happening around you. Most of us already know the answers, we just need guidance and support to find them. The key to success though, is actions! If you’re willing to commit to the process and take responsibility then amazing things will happen.

  • One on One Consultations

    One on One Consultations provide an opportunity to explore what’s really going on in your life. At times it’s difficult to process and understand the thousands of thoughts that run through our minds every day. These swirling and looping thoughts can create confusion, feelings of being overwhelmed or unhappiness.

    It can be difficult to break habits on your own, but with assistance, new habits can be created to improve your life.

    If you have decided that ‘enough is enough’ and you want to move forward in life, then this is a good place to start.

  • Sprint Sessions

    Sprint Sessions are designed for the smaller issues in life that are making you unhappy or holding you back, but are not big enough to see a counsellor or psychologist. Examples: Should I change careers or job, my friend is upset with me and I’m not sure why or which school should I send my child to.

    Sometimes, just having a couple of sessions with a coach is enough to find the answer you’re after or at least begin heading in the right direction. The power of speaking out aloud to someone who’s impartial about a problem, can be the key to finding the answers that are just simmering below the surface.
